“Home is where the heart is”.

CFS Case Management Service and its collaboration with local group homes, emergency shelters, and transitional living centers will assist on a need to need basis in housing, food, and overnight lodging for varying amounts of time to those in need upon completion of individual intake and assessment. In addition, our case managers will provide educational, counseling and vocational services to those homeless, or destitute individuals, families,and youth where family care is undesirable or unavailable.

For those families with temporal needs, referral assistance to family service programs will be provided that assist families and needy individuals with emergency food, housing, and utility assistance.
